Major QoL Improvements

I've ported the engine improvements I tested in Sketchy Mind Control App to Orgone Collector. 

The most noticeable change is that gelbooru credentials are no longer required. Metadata is now stored locally, allowing searches without api calls. This shaves several seconds off the processing time each game turn and greatly improves the search quality.

This also includes the option to import and export save data. Additionally, if you have a paid API key from Cohere you can now take advantage of the much longer context window (128k for paid vs 4k tokens for the trial key).

Bug fixes and improvements:

• Loading a save no longer loads old credentials
• Double printing of the intro text on reload fixed.
• In-game error popups for API failures to help users understand what's going wrong.
